Hi My name is Ravinder Kaur , i would like to introduce myself I am from Punjab and a have a Reputed Government Job. I have a sitting job and thats the reason of my weight . A friend of mine informed me about Dt Binny choudhry and her Transformation plans.My body was out of shape and i was also feeling fatigue all the time .

I started to join Binny mam and started following her instructions . She never failed to inspire me .It felt great to keep on going and the best part was i was always excited to check my weight every week.

I am overjoyed to report that I have lost 15 kgs of weight from 80 to 65 kg now
